Bianca brings a strong background in corporate project management for hospitality and commercial developments, having handled projects valued from ₱10 million to over ₱1 billion. This experience shapes Q Builders’ structured approach to planning, coordination, and execution—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and professionally, regardless of scale.

In addition to project management, Bianca is an interior designer with extensive experience in design-and-build firms, where she has designed a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Her work focuses on creating spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and thoughtful planning, ensuring that every project is both visually refined and practical for everyday use.

Ian brings strong entrepreneurial and technical expertise from the sports and golf industry. He developed and operates Quantum, a multi-sports facility featuring golf simulators, basketball, pickleball, and paddle courts. He also built and launched one of the first golf simulator facilities in the Philippines, gaining deep experience in technical space planning, precision-driven construction, and performance-oriented builds.

Through Q Builders, the team also established FS Golf Labs, a dedicated retail and technology store supplying golf simulators, launch monitors, and professional club shafts. The company is an official distributor of products from Foresight Sports, a leading U.S. brand in golf simulation and performance tracking technology.

Beyond the sports industry, Ian is also an entrepreneur who manages and operates several companies across different sectors, bringing strong operational leadership, strategic thinking, and business development experience to every venture.

Together, Bianca and Ian founded Q Builders with a clear vision: to combine interior and architectural design, construction execution, and the capability to deliver technically demanding, high-performance spaces within one coordinated team.
