The company is led by two founders whose combined experience bridges large-scale project management, design, construction, and specialized technical builds.
Unlike many design-and-build firms, Q Builders maintains professional interior designers in-house, working closely with architects and construction teams. This ensures smoother site execution, clearer documentation, and better overall project outcomes.

Bianca Bauer, Co-Founder
Ian Tantoco Umali, Co-Founder
Bianca brings a background in corporate project management for hospitality and commercial developments, handling projects valued from ₱10 million to over ₱1 billion. This experience shapes Q Builders’ structured approach to planning, coordination, and execution—applied consistently across projects of all sizes.
Ian comes from the sports and golf industry, having developed and operated Quantum, a multi-sports facility featuring golf, basketball, pickleball, and padel courts. This hands-on experience gives the team deep expertise in technical space planning, precision-driven construction, and performance-oriented builds. Quantum also led to the establishment of FS Golf Labs, a dedicated business supplying golf technology and club shafts.
Together, the founders formed Q Builders to combine interior and architectural design, construction execution, and the capability to deliver technically demanding, high-performance spaces within one coordinated team.
